IVF & Fertility IVF & ഫെർട്ടിലിറ്റി
Central Kerala's first dedicated fertility units opened at Daya. The programme has run continuously since the early 2000s — not as an add-on to a gynaecology department, but as its own clinical centre with its own embryology lab, its own andrologist, and its own fertility counsellors.
NRI and Gulf couples are a significant part of the programme. Visit-cluster scheduling means most of a stimulation cycle's monitoring appointments can happen in a compressed window, with remote follow-up for the gaps.

Oncology ഓൺകോളജി
Cancer care at Daya runs on a multidisciplinary tumour board model — medical oncologist, surgical oncologist, and radiation oncologist reviewing each case at the same table. The board meets weekly. Complex cases do not wait for a single specialist's availability; the full team weighs in on every treatment plan.
The chemotherapy day-care unit allows most systemic therapy to be administered on an outpatient basis. Palliative care is integrated from the point of diagnosis — not as a last resort, but as a parallel track that manages quality of life throughout treatment.

Neurosciences ന്യൂറോ സയൻസസ്
Daya's Neurosciences department runs a 24-hour acute stroke unit with thrombolysis capability — the critical window for stroke intervention is the first 4.5 hours. Neurosurgery covers brain tumours, spinal conditions, epilepsy surgery, and neurotrauma. A dedicated neuro-ICU manages complex post-operative and acute neurological cases.
Neuro-rehabilitation begins in the ICU — not after discharge. The department runs a formal rehabilitation programme for stroke, TBI, and post-surgical patients, with physiotherapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy working as an integrated team.

Cardiac Sciences ഹൃദ്രോഗ ചികിത്സ
Daya's Cardiac Sciences department operates a full cardiac catheterisation lab — available for emergency Primary PCI (angioplasty in the first hours of a heart attack) and elective angiography. Cardiothoracic surgery handles bypass grafting, valve repair and replacement, and congenital cardiac conditions.
Electrophysiology manages arrhythmias with ablation and device implantation. Non-invasive cardiac assessment — echocardiography, stress testing, Holter monitoring, CT coronary angiography — is available as day-care. The cardiac ICU runs round the clock.
